Is part of the problem the actual defensive sets we are in?

I know this, a lost like this cannot EVER happen again to Miami, or ANY team.
If it does, the coach should be Fired like the last coach that lost badly to Miami.
Norvell needs to know losses like this are NOT acceptable.
I will go as far to say Norvell HAS to win the Miami game next year, there are no excuses
for this, that are acceptable to me.
When fsu beat Miami bad like this,UM was coming off probation, and didn't have the athletes to compete. FSU is not coming off probation so why can't they get 4 and 5 * players to come there anymore? UCF now has better players than FSU,and definitely a better qb.
He needs to bring in transfers, and jc players, and get this fixed ASAP !
And for gods sakes send Adam Fuller Back to Memphis, and find a REAL defensive coordinator.

Please, spare me what coaches and players say. Tired of the coachspeak, tired of the BS hype, tired of the same crap play over, and over, and over. Win or STFU.

CB Samuels, QB Blackmon both are liabilities. Defense throws at him constantly. All he does is hold, and pass interfere. Blackmon can't sustain an legitimate drive on D1 competition.

They'll play Blackmon. He'll pass for 300 and 4 TD's. Next week he'll throw 3 picks quote me.

So Rodemaker is better than Blackmon off of 1 throw…wow

Is your head coach the 1st COVID patient to recover in under 7 days without hospitalization or medication?

    Something is fishy…

Nothing to see here, right? LOL

Qb makes a massive difference. This is college football n yes the signal caller makes a huge impact. A good qb improves the OL. A good qb creates belief n inspires others to play better. A good qb even makes the defense so much better. We know JB isn't the guy. It ain't all his fault n perhaps he'll be better suited as a backup, because there are guys much more talented on the roster but not yet ready to play. Give it time. I know it's ugly AF, but I'll never give up on this program. Noles for life, Unconquered

We need to hit up the JUCO ranks and get some kids that are hungry for bigtime exposure!! Can’t tell me that there aren’t juco kids out there dying for a major D1 program to offer them up something! We can fill some holes and be instantly better. These guys aren’t cuttin it!!

"The first game looking like the last" is really disingenuous when talking about WT tenure. Truth be told we have the worst O line ever and from year 1 to year 2 our offense was alot better if you look at numbers. There were atleast 3 losses last year that we would've won if our defense didn't get ran through like crap through geese. If we gave WT atleast one year to get a DC he actually wanted we would've blew GT out and The UM game would've been competitive atleast.

Maybe if you stop talking about Taggart readers will think you are not slanted or biased or making excuses. This is not FaU fan base.

Where's the damn leaders on the team, who cares if you are encouraging teammates from the sideline. I never see anyone encouraging teammates or holding each other accountable just not the fsu I'm use to seeing smh.

If the Miami game was later on we would have a better chance of being in the game, maybe….but did any body really think.we had a chance???? NO

Appreciate the info regarding why they opted for a 3-man front. Would never have occurred to me otherwise (mainly because I’m a fan & not a seasoned, studied offensive line coach).

    Great follow up guys!
